Habilitation
We help individuals with disabilities acquire or maintain independent living skills. A trained direct support professional works one-on-one with individuals based on their needs. Our habilitation programs focus on maximizing community integration and providing a range of person-centered activities, including:
- Community integration
- Therapies such as dance, music, and art therapy
- Yoga
- Therapeutic horseback riding
- Medical case management
- Paid work and volunteer activities in the community
- Physical, speech, behavioral, and occupational therapy
